An example is HowTo, a Schema type for instructions.<\/p>\n<p>Google&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/developers.google.com\/search\/docs\/appearance\/structured-data\/how-to\">guidelines<\/a> allow for the use of HowTo markup on a page containing plans, procedures, or a sequence of steps for completing a task.<\/p>\n<p>The result is organic rich-snippets on desktop and mobile search results. The steps can appear as images when properly coded. <em>Click image to enlarge.<\/em><\/p><\/div>\n<h3>Implementing HowTo Schema<\/h3>\n<p>To implement HowTo Schema on your page, use JavaScript <a href=\"https:\/\/www.practicalecommerce.com\/3-tools-to-build-validate-schema-markup\">structured markup generators<\/a>. <a href=\"https:\/\/classyschema.org\/HowTo?example=instructions\">Classy Schema<\/a> is an example. ChatGPT <a href=\"https:\/\/www.practicalecommerce.com\/5-ways-to-use-chatgpt-for-seo\">can also generate<\/a> Schema markup. Still, it&#8217;s helpful when choosing Schema types that cannot be combined in a single search snippet, such as HowTo and FAQ.<\/p>\n<p>The Performance section also shows search queries that are likely to trigger How-to rich snippets.
