Deloitte surveyed 14,468 Gen Zs (teenagers to late 20s) and 8,373 Millennials (late 20s to mid-40s) across 44 countries to explore their attitudes about work and the world around them.<\/p>\n<p>While the data shows just over 30% believe their overall national economy will improve, many more believe their personal financial situation will get better.<\/p>\n<div id=\"everviz-t_8LHdeBP\" class=\"everviz-t_8LHdeBP\"><script src=\"https:\/\/app.everviz.com\/inject\/t_8LHdeBP\/?v=6\" defer=\"defer\"><\/script><\/div>\n<p>&#8211;<\/p>\n<div id=\"everviz-HhTVKB_Hn\" class=\"everviz-HhTVKB_Hn\"><script src=\"https:\/\/app.everviz.com\/inject\/HhTVKB_Hn\/?v=4\" defer=\"defer\"><\/script><\/div>\n<p>&#8211;<\/p>\n<p>In addition, per the survey results, Gen Zs and Millennials are willing to take action on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.practicalecommerce.com\/what-motivates-consumers-to-shop-sustainably\">environmental issues<\/a>.<\/p>\n<div id=\"everviz-Wvk_ooWVv\" class=\"everviz-Wvk_ooWVv\"><script src=\"https:\/\/app.everviz.com\/inject\/Wvk_ooWVv\/?v=7\" defer=\"defer\"><\/script><\/div>\n<p>&#8211;<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, according to the data, frequent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.practicalecommerce.com\/13-custom-gpts-to-generate-content\">generative AI<\/a> users across both cohorts are likely to think the technology will improve their work\/life balance and positively impact their work.<\/p>\n<div id=\"everviz-rcTCDGt5c\" class=\"everviz-rcTCDGt5c\"><script src=\"https:\/\/app.everviz.com\/inject\/rcTCDGt5c\/?v=12\" defer=\"defer\"><\/script><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Deloitte surveyed nearly 23,000 Gen Zs and Millennials in 44 countries.
