This complexity can overwhelm traditional support systems.<\/p>\n<p>AI improves accuracy and automates answers to repetitive questions, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8220;Where is my order?&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;When will my shipment arrive?&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;Can I return this product?&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Such routine inquiries represent upwards of 80% of interactions. Hence integrating chatbots or AI assistants into customer support workflows lowers costs and frees up resources.<\/p>\n<p>Consider these key benefits:<\/p>\n<p><strong>24\/7 availability<\/strong> ensures inquiries are addressed around the clock without additional staffing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reduced costs<\/strong> from lower staffing needs \u2014 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/featured-insights\/artificial-intelligence\/global-ai-survey-ai-proves-its-worth-but-few-scale-impact\">up to 44%<\/a> \u2014 with a 20% increase in customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Improved onboarding<\/strong>\u00a0via an AI-driven knowledge base for instant, consistent answers to new customers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Enhanced efficiency<\/strong> by automating repetitive tasks, allowing human agents to focus on complex inquiries and high-value activities such as customer retention and upselling.<\/p>\n<p>Despite the advantages, AI has limitations.
